Fear Free™ is a science-based approach to animal care that focuses on reducing fear, anxiety, and stress (often called FAS) in pets during every interaction.
Our team has completed professional training through Fear Free™, an industry-leading program developed by veterinarians, behaviorists, and pet care experts. Our certification means we understand how to spot early signs of stress and use proven strategies to create more positive, low-stress experiences for your pets.
This includes the considerate approach — the key principle of Fear Free™ care that emphasizes respectful handling, body language awareness, and tailoring our interactions to each pet's comfort level. In short: Fear Free™ means we care not just for your pets' physical needs, but for their emotional well-being too.

Every pet is unique. That's why Fear Free™ techniques are tailored to each animal's personality, needs, and emotional state. What soothes one dog might stress another — so we observe closely and adjust accordingly. For some pets, that means a slow, quiet approach. For others, a cheerful hello and a favorite treat work best. We adjust tone, pace, handling, and tools — like calming pheromones or soft lighting — to meet pets exactly where they are.

We cover all the essentials and go beyond by tending to your pets' emotional well-being, minimizing stress and anxiety. Along with our Fear Free™ Considerate Approach, we engage with your pets using carefully chosen toys, puzzles, treats, and more. Count on secure updates and pictures via Precise Petcare.
Your pet's security and happiness is our mission!
We check in on your pet during the day — feeding, cleanup, play, and love, including enrichment toys and puzzles to keep them mentally stimulated. Services available 6am–7pm.
Perfect for pets who don't need full overnights but benefit from a little extra love and structure. Package includes a 90-minute visit between 7–10 PM and a breakfast visit the next morning. The evening visit includes dinner and calming activities to ensure your pets are relaxed and happy for the night.
Premium service for pets that need overnight care with feeding, cleaning, enrichment, and one walk. "Bed to Breakfast" care in your home with maximum comfort and security.
Luxury service for the ultimate in pet and home care/security. We "live in" your home at least 16 hours per 24-hour period. We may come and go but not for more than 4 hours at a time.
45–50 minute enrichment-focused visits, available in packages of 5. Limited availability — *cost per visit.
For established clients — easy on-demand booking for last-minute needs. Rates vary per service.

Submit a service request and we'll follow up to determine availability. You'll create your profile in our scheduling software, Pawsitively Precise, then schedule a New Client Consultation ($30) at your home. Minimum first booking: 5 Pet Care Visits (may include Tuck-In), 2 Overnight Visits, or 2 Live-In Visits. No minimums apply after the first schedule.
Potty breaks / litter box cleaning, feeding & fresh water, medication (if requested), cuddles, playtime, enrichment, bringing in mail/packages, lights and blinds adjustment. Complimentary on request: watering indoor plants and trash bin placement on trash day. A link to your Pet Care Journal is sent after each visit.
To maintain safety and accountability, we ask that no one else enters your home during scheduled visits. If someone else needs to visit (e.g. cleaners), we must have advance notice.
All updates are shared through our secure online client portal — journals, photos, and messages. You'll receive an alert after each visit is completed.
Please notify us once you return. If we don't hear from you within 24 hours of your scheduled return, we'll follow up to ensure your pet is still being cared for.
Office hours: Mon–Sun 6 AM – 7 PM. Pet sitting check-in hours: 5 AM – 7 PM. Tuck-In, Overnight, and Live-In visits are custom scheduled. We service Ahwatukee and nearby zip codes 85044, 85045, 85048, with limited availability in surrounding areas.
We provide time blocks for flexibility — Morning 6–9am (summers from 5am), MidMorning 9–11am, Midday 11am–2pm, MidAfternoon 2–4pm, Evening 4–7pm. Tuck-In, Overnight, and Live-In visits are custom scheduled. We do our best to honor time preferences but cannot guarantee exact times.
Up-to-date rates are listed on our website. We require 1/2 payment as non-refundable deposit at booking, with the remaining balance due on or before the day service begins. Full policy is available during onboarding and via your client portal.
