How do I get started with Yesspet Pet Care?+
Submit a service request and we'll follow up to determine availability. You'll create your profile in our scheduling software, Pawsitively Precise, then schedule a New Client Consultation ($30) at your home. Minimum first booking: 5 Pet Care Visits (may include Tuck-In), 2 Overnight Visits, or 2 Live-In Visits. No minimums apply after the first schedule.
What services are provided during visits?+
Potty breaks / litter box cleaning, feeding & fresh water, medication (if requested), cuddles, playtime, enrichment, bringing in mail/packages, lights and blinds adjustment. Complimentary on request: watering indoor plants and trash bin placement on trash day. A link to your Pet Care Journal is sent after each visit.
Can friends or family stop by while you're pet sitting?+
To maintain safety and accountability, we ask that no one else enters your home during scheduled visits. If someone else needs to visit (e.g. cleaners), we must have advance notice.
How do you communicate while pet sitting?+
All updates are shared through our secure online client portal — journals, photos, and messages. You'll receive an alert after each visit is completed.
What happens when I get home?+
Please notify us once you return. If we don't hear from you within 24 hours of your scheduled return, we'll follow up to ensure your pet is still being cared for.
What are your business hours & service area?+
Office hours: Mon–Sun 6 AM – 7 PM. Pet sitting check-in hours: 5 AM – 7 PM. Tuck-In, Overnight, and Live-In visits are custom scheduled. We service Ahwatukee and nearby zip codes 85044, 85045, 85048, with limited availability in surrounding areas.
Are pet sitting visits scheduled at specific times?+
We provide time blocks for flexibility — Morning 6–9am (summers from 5am), MidMorning 9–11am, Midday 11am–2pm, MidAfternoon 2–4pm, Evening 4–7pm. Tuck-In, Overnight, and Live-In visits are custom scheduled. We do our best to honor time preferences but cannot guarantee exact times.
What are your rates and payment policies?+
Up-to-date rates are listed on our website. We require 1/2 payment as non-refundable deposit at booking, with the remaining balance due on or before the day service begins. Full policy is available during onboarding and via your client portal.
