Tracy Zipay, CPPS, FFCP, CPS-DW, Founder

A life-long pet owner and foster mom, Tracy started The Pawsitive Pets Sitter/Yesspet Pet Care after the passing of her "foster fail" companion of 15 years, Cami. Her goal is to provide loving, reliable, premium and professional pet care to her community. Tracy holds all certifications noted above, as well as the coveted CPPS (Certified Professional Pet Sitter) designation via Pet Sitters International. She carefully chooses and trains her team to the highest industry standards, and is recognized as an industry leader in professionalism.

Tracy was involved in the AKC Labrador Retriever show/field world, a Certified Maricopa County 4-H Leader, and a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA).

Taylor, FFCP, CPS-DW, Director of Enrichment

Taylor grew up loving animals, and has been around animals of all kinds. She learned to respect their unique needs, temperaments and personalities through pet sitting, and animal ownership as a kid, and being involved/fostering with the Arizona Humane Society. She applied that interest in the living world to a BA in Molecular Biology and Chemistry.

Now Taylor uses her attention to detail, understanding of science, and dedication to Fear Free^tm principles to provide the highest levels of care. And of course, she holds a special place in her heart for our furry clients as if they were her own!

Julie, FFCP, CPS-DW

Julie brings a lifetime of service and compassion to her work. With a professional background spanning the hospitality industry, college advising, and small business ownership, Julie's career has always centered around care, empathy, and connection - and she's always had a rescue animal by her side!

Julie's deep-rooted customer service skills shine through in her intuitive, thougthful approach to both pets and their people. Julie brings joy to every dog walk!

Brooke, FFCP, CPS-DW

As a lifelong pet owner, Brooke understands firsthand the deep bond between pets and their people. She's especially skilled at connecting with nervous or shy animals, using our tailored enrichment methods with her calm, gentle approach. Brooke finds joy in earning the trust of even the most hesitant pets, and feels that her own pets and those she works with do way more for her than she does for them!

Her goal is providing peace of mind to both pet and human clients.

Rayna, CPS-DW

Rayna is a compassionate pet lover whose world revolves around her rescue furbabies. Together with her husband and their furbabies, she enjoys spending time outdoors in nature. As a retired special education teacher, she brings patience and understanding to everything she does. She's passionate about animal rescue and volunteers regularly with HARTT Animal Rescue. When she's not caring for animals, she loves curling up with a good book.

She cares for your pets with the same love and dedication she gives her own.

Samantha, CPS-DW

Samantha has always had a deep love of animals. As someone who had pets growing up, she knows the responsibility, compassion, and patience required to be a pet owner. Happy to extend that into her adulthood, Samantha is able to take her knowledge and apply it to all clients, big and small! One thing that she particularly enjoys is getting to know a pet and watching how the relationship between pet client and sitter grows over time.

Samantha’s compassionate nature and friendly demeanor allow deep connections to form between sitter and pet, giving peace of mind to all!

Cloudia, CPS-DW

Professional belly-rub giver, treat dealer, and animal lover! Cloudia is a happy fur Mom to two big dogs, four mischievous cats and an adorable tortoise, so she's used to a busy pet household with lots of different personalities!

When not taking care of animals, she and her partner prioritize helping their community, friends, and neighbors.
