How do I get started?
Start by submitting a service request. We'll follow up with you personally to determine availability and suitability of services. You'll then create your account and profile via our streamlined scheduling software, Pawsitively Precise.
Once set up, we'll schedule your New Client Consultation/ Onboarding ($30 fee) at your home, to gather the details of your pets' and home care. We'll also collect your key/ determine home entry at the consultation.
How do I get started with Yesspet Pet Care?
Start by submitting a service request. We'll follow up with you personally to determine availability and suitability of services. You'll then create your account and profile via our streamlined scheduling software, Pawsitively Precise.
Minimum First Booking Requirements - our minimums are designed to help us establish rapport from the very start. No minimums are required after the first schedule is completed.
5 Check In Visits - may include Tuck In visit
2 Overnight Visits
2 Live In Visits
We prioritize quality, not quantity — we limit the number of clients accepted at one time to ensure personalized care.
What Services Are Provided During Visits?
We tailor each visit to your pet’s needs and your preferences.
Typical Services Include:
● Potty breaks / litter box cleaning
● Feeding and fresh water
● Medication (if requested)
● Cuddles, playtime, enrichment
● Bringing in mail/packages
● Lights and blinds adjustment
Additional Complimentary Services (upon request):
● Watering indoor plants
● Trash bin placement on trash day
A Link to your Pet Care Journal is sent to you directly after each visit.
Can Friends or Family Stop By While You're Pet Sitting?
To maintain safety and accountability, we ask that no one else enters your home during scheduled visits. This helps prevent confusion, security issues, or incomplete pet care. If someone else needs to visit (e.g., cleaners), we must have advance notice.
How Do You Communicate While Pet Sitting?
All updates are shared through our secure online client portal, which includes journals, photos, and messages. You’ll receive an alert after each visit is completed.
What Happens When I Get Home?
Please notify us once you return. If we don’t hear from you within 24 hours of your scheduled return, we’ll follow up to ensure your pet is still being cared for.

Are Pet Sitting Visits Scheduled at Specific Times?
We provide time blocks to allow flexibility while maintaining consistency:
Morning: 6am-9am (summers start at 5am)
MidMorning: 9am-11am
Midday: 11am-2pm
MidAfternoon: 2pm-4pm
Evening: 4pm-7pm

What Are Your Rates and Payment Policies?
Rates and Payment Policies
Up to date Rates are listed on our website.
We require 1/2 payment, as non-refundable deposit at booking, with remaining balance due on or before the day service begins.
