How do I get started with Yesspet Pet Care?

We’re thrilled you’re considering us to care for your pets! Here’s how to get started:

  1. Submit a Service Request
    Let us know the dates and type of care you need. You’ll find our current rates on the Services page.
  2. We’ll Review & Reach Out
    We’ll contact you to confirm availability and ensure we’re a good fit.
  3. Create Your Profile
    If we move forward, you’ll receive an invitation to join our software, Pawsitively Precise.
  4. Schedule Your New Client Consultation
    A one-time $30 consultation will allow us to meet your pets, review care routines, answer questions, and arrange key access.
Minimum Requirements for First-Time Clients
• 5-visit minimum for drop-ins and walks
• 2-night minimum for overnight or live-in care
(These minimums only apply to your first booking.)
What Services Are Included in Each Visit?

Every visit is personalized and structured around your pet’s comfort and wellbeing.

For Dogs:
• Wellness check
• Feeding & water bowl cleaning/refill
• Yard pickup & inspection
• Walk or playtime (if booked)
• Enrichment toys (when applicable)

For Cats:
• Wellness check
• Litter area cleaned/refreshed
• Food & water bowls cleaned/refilled
• Playtime + enrichment toys

For Caged Pets (birds, reptiles, rodents, etc.):
• Food & water refreshed
• Bedding cleaned or replaced as needed

Extra Pet Fee:
We charge a small fee for more than 2 pets and add time to ensure every pet gets quality care and attention.

What Extra Services Can I Request for Free?

We’re happy to include the following — just let us know in advance:
• Bring in mail or packages
• Water indoor plants
• Take out or bring in trash bins
• Adjust lights or blinds

Please note: Services are limited to the time frame of your selected visit. If additional time is required (e.g., accident cleanup, emergencies), a fee may apply.
Can Friends, Family, or Vendors Visit While You’re Pet Sitting?

No. For insurance and safety reasons, no one else is permitted in your home during our scheduled care — including friends, family, or housekeepers. Any third party presence voids our liability coverage.

How Do You Communicate During Visits?

We use Precise Petcare, our secure app, to keep you informed:

• We clock in and out of every visit
• You receive a visit journal, checklist, and photos
• You can respond directly via the app or request text updates

How Are Visit Times Scheduled?

We offer flexible scheduling windows:

Drop-In Visit Timeframes
• Morning: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM
• Midday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Evening: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Custom timing requests may be honored for an additional fee.

Overnight Visits
• Usually 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM (±1 hour grace)

Live-In Service
• Minimum 16 hours per 24-hour period
• Begins at first check-in (e.g., 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM next day)
